George W. Bush,
George W. Bush, born on July 6, 1946, is an American politician and businessman who served as the 43rd President of the United States from 2001 to 2009.
He was born in New Haven, Connecticut, and grew up in Texas, where he went on to earn a degree in history from Yale University.
Prior to his presidency, Bush served as the 46th Governor of Texas from 1995 to 2000. As president, Bush led the country through a tumultuous time, including the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, and the subsequent wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
He also implemented domestic policies such as the No Child Left Behind Act and the Medicare prescription drug benefit.
Bush was known for his strong leadership style, as well as his controversial decisions and policies that sparked both praise and criticism from the American public and the global community.
