When there’s birthday cake at work but you’re on a diet
When you get a free shaker with your protein
When you hear someone say ‘i don’t train legs’
When life gives you lemons but you wanted cupcakes
When someone tells me you workout too much
Me realising the gym session is over and it’s time to go back to real life
When you’ve booked your holiday but there’s no gym where you’re going
Me in between sets, pondering if it’s all worth it
The face you make when you realise you’ve maxed out every machine in the gym
When somebody randomly compliments your gains
When your gym crush notices your gainz
That confidence you get when you start hitting the gym
When your lifting partner suggests you start doing some cardio
